Note: All prices listed are per day for two guests. Each additional person, 10 years or older, is $15 per day. All prices quoted are before tax. Please also note that we do not allow smoking in our cabins.

Cabin amenities include: full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric cooking range and oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, and coffee-maker; linens; towels; hair dryer; AM/FM radio and CD player; gas fireplace (note: Grandma's Ranch House features a wood-burning fireplace); gas barbeque; and air conditioning provided in the summer months.

Guests traveling with horses: we have two heavy-duty 12' x 12' panelled corrals available for a small rental fee. Located in a lovely aspen grove, there is also room for guests to erect their own electric fencing if preferred. Guests need to provide and feed their own horses and we require each to have a current health certificate (within 30 days) and a negative Coggins test (within one year).
